Package Your Items
Securely pack your unworn clothing in its original packaging with all tags attached to ensure the items remain in pristine condition during transit.
Attach Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.
Drop Off and Track
Leave your package at any authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking number handy while we process your refund or exchange.
